Return Policy

We are passionate about the quality of our prints and we strive to give you the best possible image(s). That is why each print is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Each order is shipped with a packing slip. On the back of the packing slip, there is a return form that must be completed in order to process a return. Without the packing slip we cannot process the return. The packing slip provides us with the proof that we need to determine that; (1) you are the recipient of the package; and, (2) the address on the packing slip corresponds with the address in our files. There are two ways to return a product to us and they are as follows: (1) Photo-Proof of damage; (2) Product Return. ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. After this period no returns are accepted.

PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE

If your image(s) arrive damaged or defective in any way you may return it for a replacement. The following steps must be followed to complete the return.

Take a digital picture of the damaged image(s) and the envelope it arrived in (front and back), then email the photo of the damage to us at the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page or send to myabstracts@yahoo.com. You must also attach to the email the completed Return Form found on the back of your packing slip. In the message part of the email, please indicate whether you would like a replacement print or a refund. NOTE: The shipping fees for your order are not refundable. If upon examining the photos of your damage(s), we deem that further investigation is necessary, we may require return of the image(s) for closer inspection. You will then be required to return the envelope and print(s) at your expense before a replacement or refund can be processed. Your refund will be credited to your form of payment.

PRODUCT RETURN

You may return your print(s) for a full refund, less the cost of shipping, taxes, etc, if applicable. You must absorb the cost of shipping. The process is a follows:
